Position Overview

  • DGX is seeking an ambitious and results oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in selling marketing, branding, digital marketing, advertising, or event management services.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, and client acquisition within a marketing agency or event management company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and field sales.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients across various industries in the UAE.
  • Sell DGX's marketing, branding, digital marketing, social media management, event management, exhibition, and creative solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and marketing presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to maximize repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the creative, digital, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and business forums to generate leads.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Min. 1 year of experience in sales/business development within a Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, PR Agency, Media Agency, or Event Management Company.
  • Proven experience in selling B2B marketing or event solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, advertising, event management, and corporate marketing services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
