Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and field sales
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across various industries in the UAE
- Sell DGX's marketing, branding, digital marketing, social media management, event management, exhibition, and creative solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and marketing presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to maximize repeat business
- Coordinate with the creative, digital, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and business forums to generate leads
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Min. 1 year of experience in sales/business development within a Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, PR Agency, Media Agency, or Event Management Company
- Proven experience in selling B2B marketing or event solutions
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, advertising, event management, and corporate marketing services
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets

Position Overview
- DGX is seeking an ambitious and results oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in selling marketing, branding, digital marketing, advertising, or event management services.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, and client acquisition within a marketing agency or event management company.
