About the Role

- Actively generate and convert leads into sales through calls, meetings, and networking
- Promote and sell banking products such as corporate bank accounts, mortgages, mutual funds, and investment solutions
- Drive business setup sales by advising clients on UAE company formation (Mainland, Freezone, Offshore)
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through new client acquisition and upselling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct regular follow ups to close deals and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Identify client needs and provide tailored financial and business solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Stay updated on market trends to enhance sales strategies and offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (banking, financial services, insurance, or business setup consultancy)
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a target driven, fast paced environment
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)

Job Summary
