Position Overview
As we accelerate growth in enterprise and government sectors in KSA, we are looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Manager to generate pipeline, build strategic partnerships, and support execution of our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and research high-potential accounts in enterprise and government sectors
- Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and market research
- Secure discovery meetings and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage early-stage pipeline: outreach, qualification, and scheduling
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Understand client needs and position YGG solutions effectively
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth handover to account management
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value creation
- Contribute to and execute the KSA go-to-market strategy by sector and segment
- Tailor value propositions based on client profiles (HR, marketing, procurement, etc.)
