Role Overview
Support the launch and growth of a new real estate division within an established government entity in Sharjah.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end setup and launch of the real estate division.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Build and manage relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Support processes, proposals, commercial models, and go-to-market plans.
- Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven business development experience within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, including developers, brokerage, and investment.
- Experience with new business setup, expansion, or launching a division is highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Based in the UAE.
Location
- The role supports a real estate division in Sharjah.
