Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive the growth of the organization
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop strategies to exploit them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead and manage the business development team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and execute public relations activities to enhance the organization's brand and reputation
- Manage media relations, including developing press releases, managing media inquiries, and coordinating interviews
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and advertising materials
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes to anticipate new opportunities or potential risks
Additional Duties
- Adopts an interdisciplinary team approach based on mutual respect and direct communication between health professionals
- Liaisons with other health care team members and departments to provide continuity of patient care and unit activities
- Ensures acts as a role model for junior staff in delivering of Burjeel Royal Hospital vision and mission
- Acts as a preceptor to less experienced staff as required
- Demonstrates obedience to any reasonable direction from nursing administration regarding their roles and duties
