Company Overview

  • TAQRIR is a Saudi health technology company building an EMR system (electronic medical records) for emergency medical services, a digital platform that replaces paper based patient documentation for ambulance and EMS providers.
  • As we move toward commercial launch, we are hiring our first dedicated Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle and bring in our first paying clients.
  • This is a founding commercial role with real ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle end to end: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Respond to and follow up on inbound leads quickly and persistently, multi touch (email, phone, LinkedIn); no lead goes cold.
  • Run targeted outbound prospecting to private EMS operators and healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct introduction and EMR product demo meetings and convert them into pilot/trial engagements.
  • Manage prospects through the 30 day trial toward signed, paid agreements.
  • Lead B2G efforts, identify and respond to government tenders (e.g., Etimad / NUPCO) and build relationships with public sector buyers.
  • Build and maintain a clean, well managed sales pipeline in a CRM.
  • Coordinate handoff to Customer Success for onboarding and implementation.
  • Feed market and customer insights back to the founder and product team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in full cycle B2B sales, with a track record of personally sourcing AND closing deals (not just one half).
  • Experience selling EMR systems, HealthTech, SaaS, or IT solutions, ideally into hospitals, clinics, or EMS.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market and public sector procurement.
  • Experience with government tenders (Etimad / NUPCO) preferred.
  • Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • Self driven hunter, comfortable with cold outreach, persistent follow up, and longer healthcare sales cycles.
  • Based in Riyadh / Saudi Arabia.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
