Job Overview

  • The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer portfolio.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute business development plans aligned with growth objectives
  • Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients and strategic partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Achieve sales targets by preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
  • Prepare regular business development reports and market insights
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development and client acquisition
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
