Role overview
EatClub is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow restaurant partnerships and build its Perth territory.
The role involves independent field selling, venue relationship development, pipeline ownership, commercial closing, and support for market expansion.
Workplace
- The role is hybrid and involves substantial face-to-face work with restaurant owners and operators across Perth and surrounding Western Australia areas.
- The position is not desk-based or fully remote and requires flexible hours connected to hospitality service times.
Core responsibilities
- Prospect restaurant partners through walk-ins, cold calls, and scheduled meetings.
- Meet venue owners, pitch EatClub's platform, and explain how it can drive customer traffic and revenue.
- Build and manage a high-volume territory pipeline, follow up with prospects, and progress deals independently.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements, then onboard signed venues through their first campaigns.
- Maintain CRM records, track activity, and monitor conversion rate, daily activity volume, and weekly pipeline value.
- Complete 15 or more outbound activities daily across calls, walk-ins, and booked meetings.
