As a Business Development Manager specializing in Recruitment and Manpower, your primary objective is to drive growth and forge strong relationships within the recruitment sector.
This role involves identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining robust client relationships.
As a seasoned professional, you will use your deep industry knowledge and keen business acumen to develop strategies that enhance hiring processes, improve candidate experience, and align resources with client needs.
You will act as a bridge between recruiters and client organizations, ensuring that recruitment activities create maximum impact and deliver exceptional value.

Responsibilities
- Identify new business leads to generate opportunities within recruitment and manpower sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

Requirements
