- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase company revenue and investment inflows
- Identify and acquire new investors, corporate partners, and property investment opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), private investors, and corporate clients
- Promote the company's Investment model
- Conduct investment presentations and business proposals to prospective clients and investors
- Represent the company at exhibitions, investment meetings, networking events, and business forums
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and market research
- Collaborate with management to negotiate investment agreements and strategic partnerships
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and provide regular business development reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging investment opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in business development, investment relations, real estate, wealth management, or property management
- Proven success in generating and attracting investors
- Strong understanding of global market and investment landscape
- Experience working with international clients and investors is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is required; additional European or international languages are a strong advantage
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Professional appearance and executive level presentation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
