- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase company revenue and investment inflows
- Identify and acquire new investors, corporate partners, and property investment opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, private investors, and corporate clients
- Promote the company's investment model
- Conduct investment presentations and business proposals to prospective clients and investors
- Represent the company at exhibitions, investment meetings, networking events, and business forums
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and market research
- Collaborate with management to negotiate investment agreements and strategic partnerships
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and provide regular business development reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging investment opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in business development, investment relations, real estate, wealth management, or property management
- Proven success in generating and attracting investors
- Strong understanding of global market and investment landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English required; additional European or international languages are a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis

Position Overview
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new investment opportunities, developing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWIs), corporate clients, and strategic business partners.
- The successful candidate will actively represent the company at international business events and travel globally to source qualified investors and investment opportunities.

Qualifications
