Business Development Manager – Printing & Packaging (STRICT REQUIREMENTS)

Monthly Sales Target:** QAR 20,000

**Sales Expected:** **From the 1st month itself**

50% Target Achieved \= Only 50% Salary Given

10% Commission over and above sales target.

No Sales - only 1000 QAR will given.

No Accommodation no travel allowance

❌ No Printing / Packaging experience

❌ Expecting company-provided sales leads

❌ Unable to generate business independently

❌ Uncomfortable with daily reporting and target pressure

❌ Visiting office daily is a must

MANDATORY – NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • **Minimum 3–5 years of DIRECT sales experience in PRINTING / PACKAGING / SERVICE INDUSTRY – MUST**
  • **Sales must be generated from the FIRST MONTH**
  • **Candidate must generate OWN leads**
  • **No Fuel or No Mobile Allowance No Accommodation.**
  • You must have your own driving license and your own car
  • ( *No company leads, databases, or contacts will be provided*)
  • **Proven ability to close deals independently**
  • **Local candidates in Qatar ONLY**
  • **Valid Qatar Driving License** (own car)

Job Description (Read Carefully)

This role is strictly for **experienced printing and packaging sales professionals** who can **operate independently without support leads**.

You will be fully responsible for **lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures**.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business **without any company-provided leads**
  • Meet clients, present printing & packaging solutions, and close deals
  • Achieve **QAR 20,000 monthly sales target**
  • Conduct daily sales calls and client visits
  • **MANDATORY daily return to office after sales calls**
  • Submit **daily sales activity reports**
  • Submit **weekly sales performance reports**
  • Coordinate with production team for order execution
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records

Performance Expectations

  • Sales performance will be reviewed **from the first month**
  • Consistent failure to meet expectations will lead to role discontinuation
  • This role is **target-driven and performance-critical**

Office Location

Barwa Village - Bldg 19 - Shop 7 - Doha

( near free zone metro station ) Same building of Safari - but backside - Opposite to Pizza Hut.
