About the Role
A luxury design and build company in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth and win high-value projects. You will build relationships with clients, architects, and developers, and lead proposals and negotiations.

- Identify, pursue, and secure new design & build and turnkey projects
- Build relationships with clients, architects, consultants, developers, and family offices
- Engage early at concept and pre construction stages
- Lead proposals, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with design, technical, and commercial teams
- Represent company at industry events and client meetings
- Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve growth targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant business development experience, preferably within the UAE market
- Experience in luxury design & build, high end fit out, construction, architecture, interior design, or luxury real estate
- Proven track record of securing high value projects
- Strong UAE network with private clients, developers, consultants, and architects
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
