Role Overview
GreenShield is hiring a Business Development Manager for its specialty pharmacy sales team in Southwestern Ontario.
The role reports to the Director of Sales and Business Development and focuses on sales growth, market presence, healthcare relationships, and partnerships.
The position is based in London, Windsor, or Hamilton and covers a territory requiring travel within Canada.
What You Will Do
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and identify specialty pharmacy opportunities.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals in rheumatology, gastroenterology, dermatology, and neurology.
- Increase market share and develop infusion centers within the territory.
- Collaborate internally to secure business and support patient conversions.
- Present tailored NKS offerings to healthcare professionals and their patients.
- Gather market intelligence, maintain sales records, and report customer and competitor activity.
- Follow regulatory guidelines, provide customer service, and represent NKS Health at industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
