Base Salary

• CAD $9,688.00 - 91,109.00
• Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders including IT, Sales, Implementation, Clients and Partners to manage electronic enrolment process of new plan members and maintanence for existing clients. Handles change management associated with converting manual enrolment clients to electronic enrolment upon request. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues impacting enrolment, enrolment file layouts, and other system related initiatiaves. Performs data analysis on enrolment activity and creates reports as required. Contributes to system and process reviews supporting continuous improvement. Supports other internal teams as required by acting as the enrolment subject matter expert. May provide back up support to Business Analysts if required. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bilingualism (French/English) University Degree or College Diploma or related work experience. Resourceful and able to work through challenges. Experience working with complex data relationships and structure. Superior organizational and time management skills, with flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Effective in developing relationships and contributing to team performance in a highly collaborative environment. Accountable and team-oriented – able to work well independently while contributing to and supporting team goals and deadlines.
