Overview

  • Amazon is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the MEATR Delivery Service Partner business, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • This role owns DSP account management and collaborates with internal teams to launch new delivery programs across the AMET region.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • End to end ownership of KSA Delivery Partner recruitment and vetting
  • Launch programs in partnership with internal stakeholders and report on status of key objectives
  • Develop a keen understanding of Last Mile Delivery methods, working with the Partner Acquisition Business Development Team
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand program needs, launch timelines and challenges
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: build collaborative relationships with Product, Program, Field teams and other stakeholders
  • Communication: communications to key stakeholders on core deliverables

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, driving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners
  • Experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
  • Experience negotiating license or business development agreements
  • Working in Business development or sales roles with prior experience negotiating deals
