Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong background in B2B sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and close contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Maintain client relationships and handle after-sales activities.
- Achieve sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English – mandatory.
- B2B sales/business development experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Experience
in staff accommodation, hospitality, facilities management, real estate, manpower services, or corporate sales is preferred.
