- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, business executives, and key stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
- Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
- Represent Elevatus at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Proven experience selling B2B solutions, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, ERP, FinTech, or technology sectors
- Proven experience in SaaS sales is required
- Strong network and understanding of the Jeddah and Western Region business landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience managing enterprise and mid market clients
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
- Fluency in Arabic and English

The Opportunity
- We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Jeddah.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with decision makers, and expanding Elevatus' presence across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
- This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, ERP, FinTech, or technology solutions sales, who has a strong network within the Jeddah market and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
