Position Overview
Business development role with an interior design and fitout firm in Dubai.
The position focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for interior design and architecture projects.
Department: Sales and Business Development.
Location
- Work location stated as Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office architecture sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, property developers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
