Role Overview
Whizz HR is hiring a Senior Interior Designer for a leading architectural engineering and consulting firm in Dubai.
The role focuses on high-rise and large-scale interior projects and requires strong Revit expertise and Dubai project experience.
The stated experience range is 5–10+ years, with salary described as open and negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept development through execution.
- Develop concepts, mood boards, material palettes, space plans, and design presentations.
- Prepare Revit drawings, plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage design deliverables, project timelines, and technical coordination.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Prepare and review FF&E schedules, BOQs, specifications, and material selections.
- Lead and mentor junior and intermediate designers.
- Attend client meetings and present design concepts and proposals.
