Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic growth initiatives within the freight forwarding industry.

The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and identify new business opportunities through proactive market analysis, strategic planning, and strong client relationships.

Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive company growth.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Lead and mentor the peers and team members, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.

Negotiate and close high-value contracts and partnerships.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results to Sales Director.
