Position Summary
Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a digital learning platform with AI-powered capabilities.

Salary
- Salary budget is up to AED 15,000 per month.
Technical and Project Responsibilities
- Supervise external software developers and technical service providers.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.
- Review system architecture, databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, technical risks, source code quality, development practices, and documentation.
- Ensure features meet approved scope and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, bug tracking, and technical acceptance.
- Manage AI integrations for automated assessments, tutoring, recommendations, grading, and user support.
- Oversee scalability, cloud infrastructure, hosting, performance, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Review cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, and system permissions.
- Coordinate platform releases, updates, maintenance, and technical improvements.
- Prepare progress and risk reports for senior management.
- Support recruitment and management of additional technical team members when required.
Technical Governance
Ensure the company retains ownership and administrative control of source code, repositories, hosting, databases, domains, and third-party accounts.
Identify technical problems early and recommend practical solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in technical solutions architecture and project management for a digital platform with AI-powered capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and development tasks.
- Knowledge of system architecture, database structures, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Experience overseeing software development, testing, quality assurance, bug tracking, and technical acceptance.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, hosting, system performance, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, and system permissions.
- Ability to assess technical risks, recommend practical solutions, and prepare progress reports for senior management.
- Ability to support recruitment and management of additional technical team members when required.
