Business Development Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales, marketing, and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Pursue new business opportunities, corporate accounts, partnerships, and potential clients.
• Build stakeholder relationships and increase sales, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions, events, and business initiatives.
• Research the market and monitor competitors, customer trends, and industry developments.
• Prepare forecasts, business development plans, budgets, and performance reports.
• Negotiate contracts, proposals, and agreements with clients and partners.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations and other departments on promotions and initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and represent the company in business activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Three to five years of Sales, Marketing, or Business Development experience in the F&B industry is mandatory.
• F&B experience and professional fluency in Arabic and English are mandatory.
• Proven sales growth, business development, and client relationship management experience.
• Strong F&B market knowledge, negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales or CRM tools.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as QAR 123.00 to QAR 456.00 per month.
