- Conduct phone and video meetings with prospective Founding Partners
- Build long term relationships with qualified prospects
- Coordinate meetings between prospects and senior management
- Develop follow up processes, CRM workflows, and communication standards
- Recruit, train, and manage a high performing business development team
- Continuously improve conversion rates and fundraising performance
Requirements
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in business development, relationship management, high value sales, investor relations, or similar roles
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience managing a CRM and sales pipeline
- Professional appearance and confident communication style
- Self motivated, highly organized, and results oriented
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately

About the Role
