Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through both online and offline methods
- Achieve sales targets and expand business in terms of volume and value
- Negotiate prices with clients and ensure successful order confirmation
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Travel to other cities and states as required for marketing purposes (15 20 days per month)
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to order closure and collection of payment on time
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate should know the local language Arabic
- Prior experience in the food/feed additives, fertilizer (Tg Urea, Sulphur) or chemical industry is preferred
- Flexibility to travel 15 20 days per month
- Strong understanding of marketing activities, strategies, and trends
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application; should know Excel, online meeting and digital marketing platforms

- Price Negotiation & Order Confirmation: Responsible for negotiating prices with clients and ensuring successful order confirmation.
- Sales Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their development.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Product Knowledge: Have strong understanding of Fertilizer, Sulphur, Tg Urea, NPK or chemical products.
- Travel: Travel to other cities and states as required for marketing purposes (15 20 days per month).
- End to End Sales Activities: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to order closure. Collection of payment on time from customers.
Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
