Requirements
- Minimum 5+ Years of Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Business development, sales, and marketing skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Experience in the building materials or construction industry
- Knowledge of porcelain ceramic tiles/slabs, mosaics, sanitary wares and roofing tiles
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus
- Valid UAE Driving license

Role Description
- Full time on site role as a Business Development Manager in Dubai.
- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, develop strategic partnerships.
- Promote product portfolio through specifying and re specifying with architects, designers and contractors to drive sales growth.
- Responsible for people management of the outdoor sales team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ Years of Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Business development, sales, and marketing skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
