- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets
- Leverage existing network of CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement Managers to generate business
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SME clients
- Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to develop winning solutions
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of Business Development or IT Services Sales experience
- Proven experience selling IT Services, Custom Software Development, or Digital Solutions
- Strong experience in the Middle East (UAE/GCC) market
- Existing network of enterprise clients and IT decision makers within the UAE/GCC
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience handling enterprise accounts and long term client relationships
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution based selling
