Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai, the UAE.

The Business Development Manager will identify and cultivate partnerships, drive business growth, and create strategies to expand the company’s customer base.

Daily responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, establishing relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying market trends to align business strategies.

The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful integration with Local's platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in business development, sales, and account management
  • **Background in QR payments, fintech, F&B tech sales, or POS sales preferred**
  • Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and partnership building
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under deadlines
  • Knowledge of payment systems, financial services, or technology platforms
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets and driving business success
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
