Role Description
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Facility Management sector.
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, generating leads, securing contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Marketing Management
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with potential clients over calls and emails.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Manage sales pipeline and achieving the target.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the engagement of current clients while attracting new ones.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- With good knowledge of deep cleaning and technicality in site visits.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Should have active UAE Driving license and having a own vehicle is added advantage.
- Must Have 2 years of Experience in Facilities management / cleaning company.
- Strong analytical, communication, time management and creativity skills.
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative.
- Experience with social media.
