Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and create strategies to increase revenue.
Key responsibilities include market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales goals in the property and hospitality sectors.
This role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, market analysis, and deal negotiation
- Strong client relations, networking, and communication skills
- Knowledge of short-term rental management, property management, or real estate brokerage
- Proficiency in creating sales strategies and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to meet business objectives
- Previous experience in the UAE real estate or hospitality market is advantageous
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
