Requirements

- Strong skills in customer relationship building, consultative selling, and contract or price negotiation
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable commercial strategies
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Organized and self driven, with capability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and prioritize multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with specialty chemicals or active ingredients for hair care, skin care, sun care, paints and coatings, or food and healthcare is highly desirable
- Comfort working in a multicultural, global environment and collaborating with cross functional teams
- Proficiency in standard business software tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office) and willingness to travel within the region

- The company employs around 350 professionals and operates four manufacturing sites, focusing on high quality active ingredients for hair care, skin care, sun care, paints and coatings, and food and healthcare applications.
Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Business Development Manager role based in Dubai.
- The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets, with a focus on personal care, coatings, and related segments.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering product presentations, and negotiating commercial terms.
- Conducting market research, tracking industry trends, and providing feedback to product management and R&D.
- Preparing sales forecasts, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with global teams.
- Ensuring all activities align with company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
