Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to acquire new automotive dealerships and other automotive partners across the UAE and GCC
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with key decision makers including Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Brand Managers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations showcasing how MotorGuru.ae helps dealerships and automotive brands generate quality customer enquiries and increase online visibility
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and advertising packages tailored to client objectives
- Negotiate pricing, advertising agreements, and long term partnerships
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the company's CRM
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the UAE and GCC automotive industry
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Develop long term relationships with clients to maximize renewals, upselling opportunities, and customer retention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of business development or B2B sales experience within the automotive industry
- Experience working with automotive dealerships, automotive media companies, classified platforms, automotive marketplaces or automotive advertising agencies is highly preferred
- Proven experience selling advertising, media, digital marketing, lead generation, online marketplace solutions, or similar B2B services
- Strong understanding of the UAE automotive ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience using CRM software and managing sales pipelines
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- UAE driving licence is preferred
