Job Summary

  • We are looking for an ambitious and results driven Business Development Manager to drive the commercial growth of MotorGuru.ae across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to acquire new automotive dealerships and other automotive partners across the UAE and GCC.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with key decision makers including Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Brand Managers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations showcasing how MotorGuru.ae helps dealerships and automotive brands generate quality customer enquiries and increase online visibility.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and advertising packages tailored to client objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing, advertising agreements, and long term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the company's CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the UAE and GCC automotive industry.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop long term relationships with clients to maximize renewals, upselling opportunities, and customer retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of business development or B2B sales experience within the automotive industry.
  • Experience working with automotive dealerships, automotive media companies, classified platforms, automotive marketplaces or automotive advertising agencies is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience selling advertising, media, digital marketing, lead generation, online marketplace solutions, or similar B2B services.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE automotive ecosystem, including dealerships, vehicle brands, distributors, and automotive marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience using CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
  • UAE driving licence is preferred.
