Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to target potential clients in real estate and automotive sectors
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of PropertyGuru.ae and MotorGuru.ae platforms
- Negotiate commercial agreements, advertising packages, listing subscriptions, and partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, contracts, and performance reports
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Track and analyze KPIs including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnership development
- Experience in UAE real estate or automotive industry, digital media, online marketplaces, or advertising solutions preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate and/or automotive market
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Summary
- As a Business Development Manager for PropertyGuru.ae and MotorGuru.ae, you will be responsible for commercializing both platforms by acquiring and managing partnerships with real estate brokers, property developers, automotive dealerships, and automotive brands across the UAE.
- Your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through advertising, lead generation and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify and target potential clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and participation in industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across the real estate and automotive sectors.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of PropertyGuru.ae and MotorGuru.ae.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, advertising packages, listing subscriptions, sponsorship opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, contracts, and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions within the company's CRM system.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnership development.
- Experience within the UAE real estate industry, automotive industry, digital media, online marketplaces, classified platforms, or advertising solutions is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate and/or automotive market and its key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and business opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently in a fast paced environment.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
