MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is an Element Solutions company serving the electronics industry with electronic materials and technical services.
The role supports the Packaging and Board Assembly division and focuses on power electronics solutions for the India region.
The company serves automotive, consumer electronics, mobile, telecom, data storage, infrastructure, and AI-related markets.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager is the technology and application expert for strategic initiatives in the power electronics segment.
The role drives business in close collaboration with sales teams and coordinates activities with lines of business and application centers.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute the regional business development strategy for power electronics in India.
- Develop technical expertise in Argomax sintering, solder preforms and pastes, and Atrox silver paste.
- Coordinate sales opportunities and act as the regional interface with business and application teams.
- Build customer relationships, support solution selling, and address qualification and implementation issues.
- Train selected salespeople and help generate leads and expand customer markets and applications.
