About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to take full ownership of our Cybersecurity, ELV, and IT Infrastructure distribution division in Doha, Qatar. The role involves generating new business with system integrators, IT resellers, and end-users, managing channel partners, and driving sales.

Responsibilities
- Own the department – pipeline, revenue targets, and vendor management.
- Generate new business with system integrators, IT resellers, contractors, and end users across Qatar.
- Drive sales across cybersecurity solutions (firewall, endpoint, IAM, network security), ELV systems (access control, structured cabling, fire alarm), and IT infrastructure products.
- Build and manage channel partner relationships; establish Simplix as a preferred distribution partner.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and logistics teams for seamless delivery.
- Report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance to leadership.
- Represent Simplix at vendor briefings, trade events, and industry forums.
Requirements
- 4–8 years in business development/sales within cybersecurity, ELV, or IT infrastructure distribution in Qatar or GCC
- Proven ability to generate business independently – not just manage accounts
- Strong existing network with system integrators, contractors, and procurement contacts in Qatar
- Hands on knowledge of cybersecurity products, ELV systems, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- English fluent; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred
