- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Consumer Health sector
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
- Build, manage, and deliver a high quality sales pipeline aligned with growth targets
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across consumer health manufacturers and FMCG companies
- Act as a trusted commercial partner, understanding client challenges and translating them into tailored IQVIA solutions
- Monitor market dynamics, shopper behavior, channel evolution, and competitive activity
- Partner with analytics, consulting, and delivery teams to develop differentiated proposals
- Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Own and deliver against revenue targets, pipeline KPIs, and growth objectives
- Provide regular forecasts, business updates, and performance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 5 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles
- Mandatory experience in Consumer Health / FMCG
- Strong understanding of the Saudi consumer health market
- Proven ability to sell solutions, manage complex stakeholders, and close commercial agreements
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage

Role Overview

- Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director Consumer Health, this role will play a critical part in accelerating growth by developing new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and positioning IQVIA as a strategic partner to leading Consumer Health and FMCG organizations in Sau
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Consumer Health sector
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
- Build, manage, and deliver a high quality sales pipeline aligned with growth targets
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across consumer health manufacturers and FMCG companies
- Act as a trusted commercial partner, understanding client challenges and translating them into tailored IQVIA solutions
- Monitor market dynamics, shopper behavior, channel evolution, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities
- Partner closely with IQVIA's analytics, consulting, and delivery teams to develop differentiated, value driven proposals
- Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Support seamless handover from sales to delivery to ensure client satisfaction
- Own and deliver against revenue targets, pipeline KPIs, and growth objectives
- Provide regular forecasts, business updates, and performance reviews directly to the BU Director Consumer Health
- Ensure adherence to IQVIA governance, compliance, and commercial standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 5 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles
- Mandatory experience in Consumer Health / FMCG
- Experience may be from: Consumer Health / FMCG manufacturer side, or Services, analytics, insights, or consulting organizations supporting CH/FMCG clients
- Strong understanding of the Saudi consumer health market
- Proven ability to sell solutions, manage complex stakeholders, and close commercial agreements
- Candidates with pharmaceutical only experience and no FMCG / Consumer Health background will not be considered
