Role overview
The Assistant/Support Client Manager manages client relationships, generates leads, and supports the sales process through final payment collection.
The position is full-time and located in Borivali.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming leads and make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Build customer relationships and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Meet call activity targets and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare rough and final project estimates for clients.
- Collect booking, token, part, and final payments.
- Coordinate with designers to send drawings to the factory.
- Handle final documentation and paperwork.
- Obtain client satisfaction reports after project completion.
