Business Development Manager

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have a proven track record in sales for the commercial paint or trades/services industry, a “can do’ attitude and be driven to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

Previous experience in a sales-driven role.

Comfortable actively seeking out new business opportunities.

Strong ability to estimate and develop professional-looking proposals.

Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft suite

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated region.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
