Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience in business development.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, approach prospective clients, and convert leads into long term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to expand business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship building abilities.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is an advantage.
