**Position:** **Business Development Manager (BDM) – GCC Market**

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to expand and strengthen our presence across the GCC market.

The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and business development expertise, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to build long-term relationships with clients across the region.

The candidate must be comfortable travelling across GCC countries and representing the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across GCC markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and implement business expansion strategies for regional growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights
  • Represent the company professionally during regional business engagements and events

Requirements

  • Arabic-speaking candidates are mandatory
  • Must have no travel restrictions to any GCC countries and should be willing to travel frequently
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively introduce and represent the company to customers
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage regional business development activities efficiently
