We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company's growth across government and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Manage the business development pipeline and support bid/no-bid decisions.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Proposal and Commercial teams during tender submissions.
- Support commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles.
- Experience within the UAE/GCC government or defence sectors is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
