- Build and grow strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across Learning & Development, HR, business leadership and front office teams
- Consult with clients to design tailored learning solutions that address commercial and organisational objectives
- Manage and expand existing accounts, increasing revenue through cross sell, upsell and long term partnership development
Requirements
- Proven success in consultative B2B sales with a strong track record of winning new business
- Experience selling learning solutions, professional training, financial information, research, subscriptions or related services
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services market
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within financial institutions
