- Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and clients.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.

- Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or navigation industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the navigation and positioning sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
