To drive new business growth for Improvifi by managing all sales-related activities including prospecting, demos, follow-ups, pipeline management, and relationship building.
Research and identify qualified home improvement contractors
Build and manage outbound lead lists (cold, warm, referrals)
Use Social Media, phone, email, events, and partner channels to generate interest
Qualify prospects based on need, timing, and readiness

Tag contacts appropriately (e.g., TopRep25, TAMKO, Trade Type)
Keep statuses accurate: Interested, Not Now, Ghosted, Closed-Won
Ensure no lead is left behind or overlooked
Identify trends across verticals (HVAC, Roofing, Garage, etc.)
Share real-time feedback from the field regarding objections and friction
Experiment with new offers, pitches, and follow-up techniques
Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) to build awareness, network, and drive referrals
