Business Development Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to successful agreements.
• Understand target markets, companies, projects, contacts, and strategies for attracting clients.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain current client relationships and identify new prospects within the assigned area.
• Maintain knowledge of products, competitors, industry developments, and market positioning.
• Build relationships with sales, data management, and operations stakeholders to deliver customer experiences.
• Collect and share customer and prospect feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Travel 10–15 days per month to meet clients and prospects and drive business growth.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in procurement.
• Experience preparing and managing quotations, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Pay

• Pay is up to ₹700,000 per year.
