The Role
Lead new business acquisition and revenue growth for MAASQ.
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closing, contracting, and commercial follow-up.
Work closely with the Managing Director and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, outcalls, networking, referrals, partnerships, and market research.
- Drive client acquisition from prospecting through conversion and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships, collaborations, and referral opportunities.
- Conduct meetings, discovery calls, presentations, pitches, and outcalls.
- Present integrated marketing services across strategy, branding, social media, content, creative production, performance marketing, SEO, and web.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial recommendations with timely follow-up.
- Lead negotiations across pricing, scope, and contractual terms.
- Maintain relationships with prospects, clients, partners, founders, and key decision-makers.
- Track sales targets, revenue forecasts, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Coordinate contracts and invoicing with internal teams and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or a related commercial role.
- Marketing, advertising, creative, digital, media, or related industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confidence with client meetings, presentations, pitches, outcalls, and cold outreach.
- Commercial understanding of revenue, pricing, and profitability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and follow-up process.
- Familiarity with CRM, sales tracking, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of the UAE business landscape and existing UAE networks are preferred or advantageous.
