About the Role
PropFusion is looking for a Business Development Intern to join their PropTech team. You will identify new business opportunities, conduct product demos, and manage the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right PropFusion solutions
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients
- Follow up with leads and manage the complete sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth client onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated and target oriented
- Comfortable working remotely
- Basic understanding of SaaS products, CRM software, or Real Estate Technology is an advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience using CRM software is preferred but not mandatory

- We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base, build strong relationships, and drive sales across India and international markets.
