Role Objective
Create institutional access, market presence, and qualified opportunities for Techademy Skilling and HEXP within an assigned territory.
Identify higher education institutions, reach relevant stakeholders, understand requirements, generate qualified opportunities, and involve the senior team.
Candidate Profile
- The role is intended for students pursuing BBA or MBA programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, confidence, curiosity, resourcefulness, persistence, willingness to learn, and professional conduct are sought.
- Willingness to undertake extensive local or regional travel is required.
- Basic Excel, Google Sheets, email, and LinkedIn skills are preferred.
Institution and Stakeholder Mapping
- Build a comprehensive and documented database of target higher education institutions and key decision-makers, including Chancellors, Vice-Chancellors, Deans, Directors, and Placement Officers.
Market Outreach and Engagement
- Initiate and sustain conversations with academic stakeholders to introduce Techademy's offerings.
