, supporting leading organisations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, particularly within highly regulated sectors such as financial services.
As part of our continued expansion in the Kingdom, we are seeking a
Business Development Executive (Saudi National)
to support our growth by building strategic relationships and developing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
About The Role
- This is a
- mid-level, client-facing role

- business development and relationship building

- You will play a key role in:
- Identifying and engaging target clients
- Supporting the development of new business opportunities
- Strengthening Projactive’s presence in the Saudi market

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors (Banking, Government, Enterprise)
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Support lead generation activities through networking, events, and outreach
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Support proposal coordination and opportunity progression
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming initiatives and RFPs
• Saudi National (mandatory)
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Coordination
- Background in
- consulting, IT services, or technology environments
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Professional presence with the ability to engage with clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a structured environment
- Exposure to sectors such as
Banking, Financial Services, or Government
- Familiarity with consulting services (PMO, Governance, Cloud, Transformation)
- Experience supporting bids, proposals, or client engagements
