Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors (Banking, Government, Enterprise)
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision makers
- Conduct proactive lead generation activities through networking, events, outreach, and relationship development
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow ups
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Support proposal coordination and opportunity progression
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming initiatives, tenders, and RFP opportunities
- Support the positioning of Projactive’s consulting, governance, and transformation capabilities within the market
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Background in consulting, IT services, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology environments
- Experience in selling services or solutions (not only products)
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exposure to sectors such as Banking, Financial Services, Government, or Enterprise
- Familiarity with consulting services, PMO, Governance, Cloud, or Transformation environments is highly preferred
- Experience supporting bids, proposals, or client engagements is an advantage

About the Role
- This is a mid level, client facing role focused on business development, pipeline generation, and relationship management, working closely with senior leadership.
